A man allegedly murdered his wife and six-year-old-daughter by attacking them with an iron rod at Ratomate Danda of Pokhara-14 on Friday afternoon.
According to Kaski District Police Office spokesperson DSP Gaju Siddhi Bajracharya, Bimal Pun (31) had fatally hit his wife Naramaya (26) and daughter Purnima with the iron rod on their heads at around 4:00 pm today.Bodies of the deceased were recovered from inside the house.
Some domestic disputes might be reasons behind the murders, revealed the preliminary investigation.Police have arrested Pun and are investigating into the case.
