Ingredients: Plain yogurt, a fist of spinach, one green apple, half bowl chopped pineapple, one cucumber, Parsley leaves and ground linseed.
Add a cup or half of plain yogurt in mixing jar.
Add a fist of spinach to it.
Add half a cup of chopped pineapple.
Add a peeled and deseeded green apple.
Add a half chopped cucumber.
Add a spoon of ground linseed. If you do not have linseed, you can soak chis seeds and add to it.
Add some parsley leaves.
Now grind all the ingredients in the mixture.
Now add some ice to it and grind it again.
You can also add half a cup of strawberries if you want.
You can drink this once a week or every day.
You can store this juice for 24 hours in the fridge. But try to drink it as fresh as possible
