Indian security forces arrested
Police sub-inspector Umesh Pal, Assistant Sub-Inspector Khagendra Bhat, a police constable and a young man called back to the district. "Subsequently failed to make the work more effective and due to negligence has been invited back to the District Police Office Amargadi we", said Deputy Superintendent of Police Kedar Nath Khanal. He said police were called back to the place of assignment.
