Exercising at morning:
According to experts it is best to exercise in the morning if you do not have time or do not exercise in the morning.
American Body Exercise expert, PhD Cedric Bryant says, ‘Exercising in the morning increases the potential to bear different kinds of tensions through out the day. But the temperature of body in the morning is quite less and it takes a lot of time to warm it up.’
Exercising at evening:
Some people have the habit of being fresh and relaxed in the morning and make plans for the entire day and keeping exercise for the evening routine. It is also good in a way, if he/she is able to continue the habit. In the morning the body is very calm and at evening body is warm because of the entire day work and tension. Muscles also are loose, so too much effort is not required during evening.
It has also been found in a study that working out in the evening is far better than working out in the day. So, those who want a better body can work out at night rather than day. Working out at night controls the glucose in body which prevents diabetes and also prevents heart attack.
Hence:
American nutrition expert says, ‘People should exercise in time which they want to. And sometimes it is important to change some regular habits.’ It means that you can work out half a week in the morning and the rest at evening for better results.
